Wish you could have done a more professionally done video. So much information is lacking here.

No need to have a special lazer to check if window has low-e coating, simply lit a candle and bring it close to the glass. Ordinary glass has an ordinary yellow flame reflection, while low-e is pinky-purple.

Nice, I've got a listed property from 1852 that im renovating, its got original cast iron fireplaces and a listed wrought iron front railing fence. Its in Cornwall England though. Id hope those period properties in Melbourne are listed....

Hi there - we want to build out of hemp in the Southwest Australia. There is allot of rain / damp ground. Have you had any issues with mould on the hemp in the wetter months?

What a beautiful home!

What a great small home. Well thought out and creative design using readily available and affordable materials. The layout of the pine ceiling makes it seem quite grand. Normally I'm not a fan of OSB but the wood creme makes it look fantastic. So much functionality and practicality packed into the small kitchen. The pressed enamel shower base was just out of frame, sadly, but sounds interesting. The extra thought put into the windows, the ventilation system, the cladding and low/0 VOC materials has resulted in what looks like a really comfortable and beautiful place to live.

Real shame about the termites! 😅 Awesome presentation, thanks for sharing! All the best for the build.
